In the past two days our Hampton Cricket Club girls teams commenced round 1 of the All Girls Cricket Competition (AGCC).

Growth of girls cricket at Hampton continues and this season we have 5 teams up from 3 last year. Hampton have the largest number of girls teams now in the AGCC, which is the largest girls cricket competition in Australia.

The 14B girls team are the first Hampton team to play in a Hardball cricket competition and had a strong first up win.

The 14C girls team have moved up from u12 last season and continued their winning run from being undefeated last season.

The three Hampton u12 girls teams had a strong first game including a Hampton v Hampton game with photo below.

This season the u12 and 14C girls are wearing the blue pants for the first time and they look great!

There is room for more girls across our junior and Blaster programs so please reach out to the club if you have a daughter that is interested in playing cricket.

We wish the girls a fun season ahead and look forward to seeing the development.
