Every 10 years, Hampton Cricket Club celebrates new inductees into the Hall of Fame and formally announces the club’s Team of the Decade and is celebrated on a formal night of awards, announcements, speeches and conviviality.

This event had last taken place in 2014, so another event in 2024 was due and was celebrated at the newly refurbished Wright-Scarlett Pavilion at Boss James Reserve on 30th November 2024.

The club constitution sets out the criteria for induction into the HCC Hall of Fame as members who “embody the spirit of Hampton and whose achievements have shaped the culture and destiny of the club”. This is regarded as the Club’s most prestigious honour and those most recently inducted are shown below.

The night also included the announcement of the HCC Team of the Decade (2008-2020), the first since our Centenary. The Club first selected teams of the Decade/Era as part of our Centenary celebrations. On that night back in 2008, nine teams were announced. This is the first team to be selected since our Centenary celebrations and covered the period from season 2008-09 up to and including season 2019-20. The 11 players selected are listed below:
